These terms govern your use of the Kalpasree website (the “Site”) and any enquiry you send through it. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Kalpasree is a brand of Ukkens Copra Centre & Oil Mills, Ukkens Copra Centre & Oil Mills, Edakulam P.O., Irinjalakuda, Thrissur District, Kerala, India – 680 688. We manufacture and sell edible coconut oil and coconut products. Contact details are on the Contact page.

2. Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately, including pack sizes, net quantities, certifications and declarations. Product images are for illustration; packaging and label design may change. Nothing on the Site is medical or nutritional advice. Fatty-acid figures shown are typical published values for coconut oil and individual batches vary within the applicable standards.

3. Enquiries, pricing and orders

The Site does not process payments. Sending an enquiry is a request for information and does not create an order or a contract. Any price, availability or delivery detail we quote in response is valid only as stated in that response. Orders are confirmed separately, in writing, on terms agreed at that time.

4. Your information

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide (name, email, phone, product interest and message) so that we can respond. We use them only for that purpose and for keeping a record of the enquiry. We do not sell your details. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by writing to info@ukkensoilmills.com.

5. Intellectual property

The Kalpasree name, logo, label designs, photographs and text on this Site belong to Ukkens Copra Centre & Oil Mills or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by sending false or abusive enquiries, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or using automated tools to scrape its content.

7. Liability

The Site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for defective products under applicable consumer protection and food safety legislation.

8. Third-party services

The Site embeds a map from Google. Your use of that service is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
